A play on words on the "Economy 7" electricity tariff which charges cheaper unit rates during the night. Conversely, GaryH refers to AAISP's "peak rate" as the "Uneconomy 9" tariff where high bandwidth usage rates are charged for 9 hours on weekdays (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
