BT Retail

BT Retail is the 'customer' facing side of BT, i.e. the division of BT that sells telephony products to end users rather than resellers. Most people who describe themselves as having a 'BT line' are typically customers of BT Retail, although that description could legitimately apply to WLR customers as well.
